Exporting Everhour data
Everhour provides flexible options to export your workspace data for offline reporting and backup.
Exporting Data
You can export your Everhour data using three primary methods: fetching data via our API (link to our documentation is ( here),downloading a JSON backup file, generating custom reports.
1. Downloading a ZIP Backup
Account Owners can download a comprehensive ZIP archive containing all team time logs in JSON format directly Settings > Import/Export page.
Individual team members can also download an archive of their personal time entries from their My Profile page.
2. Exporting Custom Reports
To export filtered or formatted workspace data, navigate to the Reports page. Build and customize your report layout, click Save, and select your preferred download format: CSV, Excel, or PDF.
