Overtime: basic information

Most companies are required by law to pay their employees x1.5 or x2 for the hours that go beyond a certain limit per day or week. Everhour helps with that.

Settings

First off, you need to specify your daily / weekly overtime limits so that the system knows when your teammates start working overtime.

'Team Hours' dashboard

Admins can have a quick look at the overtime hours in the 'Overtime' column on the Team Hours dashboard. Yellow color stands for 1.5 overtime, red indicates double overtime.

'Payroll' dashboard

Everhour calculates overtime pay and gross pay based on the employee hourly cost and time.
