Key benefits of integrations in Everhour
Everhour integrates with a handful of most popular project management tools: Asana, Trello, Basecamp, Jira (see a full list here). We aim to appear in their interface as native as possible.
By doing this, we want to let you stay in one program you use most of the day and don’t switch between different tabs or duplicate the task titles to your time tracking tool. Just start a timer from your task and stay focused on your work.
In addition, we allow you to create reports based on various meta information from the integration. For example, time spent by tags or custom fields.
Each of our integrations works very similar, so, as an example, let's look at our integration with Asana.
Example: Asana + Everhour
- 1
- Timesheet button. Quickly look at all your timekeeping for a Day or Week as well as start the timer or add time and comments for the tasks you have been working on.
- 2
- Configure any project as billable. Choose a billing method: project hourly, person hourly, or fixed fee. Plus, you can also set your budget in hours or money, and set up a threshold email notification.
- 3
- Track time in any task inside Asana. In the task details, you’ll see the reported time by each employee and its progress towards the original estimate.
- 4
- See time reported on parent and subtasks. You can track time using timer or log time manually in just a few clicks.
