Connecting with Deel

If your team uses Everhour for time tracking and project management, and Deel for pay-as-you-go (PAYG) contracts, you can now connect both tools for a smoother, more accurate payroll workflow. With this integration, admins can export approved time entries from Everhour directly into Deel — quickly, safely, and without manual work.

Why connect Everhour with Deel?

Everhour helps teams manage projects, track time, analyze data, and create detailed reports. When paired with Deel, you can also transfer contractor timesheets straight into Deel for payroll processing. That means fewer errors and faster approvals.

How to connect the integration

Any Everhour admin can connect Deel by going to the Integrations page in Everhour. Find Deel in the list and click Connect. That’s it — once connected, you’ll see a new Deel tab in your sidebar.

How the integration works

After connecting Deel, a new section called Deel will appear in your Everhour sidebar. From there, you’ll see a full list of your previous exports, plus the option to create a new one.

Click New Export to get started. You’ll be able to:

  • Select an Everhour user
  • Choose a date range
  • Pick a matching pay-as-you-go (PAYG) contract from Deel

You’ll then see a preview of the time entries before sending them.

You can configure how you want the data exported:

  • Keep time entries exactly as tracked (e.g. three tasks in one day = three entries),
  • Or merge entries into a single row per day with task names combined into the description.
  • You can also choose how to group the data: by task, by project, or all together.

When you're ready, click Export. The process may take a few minutes. Once complete, you can open Deel and see the newly imported data in the selected contract.

Important notes

  • Everhour will notify you if you're trying to export time for a period that has already been sent.
  • You cannot export the same time twice. If new time is added to a previously exported week, you'll need to redo the export.
  • Deleting an export in Everhour does not delete the data in Deel.
  • If you want to export time for the same period again, you’ll need to manually remove the data from Deel first, then redo the export from Everhour.
