Account deletion
Everhour fully supports the right of individuals to manage their data on our platform. As an account administrator, you have the ability to delete your account and all associated data.
Please note that only account administrators have the authority to delete the account and any data related to employees within the team. If you are not an account administrator, please contact your account administrator to request removal from the account.
To delete an entire Shifts account as an administrator, follow these steps:
- Log in to your Shifts account in web browser;
- Click on your avatar in the sidebar and head to My Account
- Scroll down the dialog box and locate the Delete entire account button.
Before requesting deletion, please ensure you save any data you wish to retain. Deleting an account is a permanent action that cannot be undone. Once you confirm the deletion, it will be impossible to restore your data.
