Slack to private channels

Out-of-the-box Everhour can post timesheets only to public channels. In order to select private channel, Everhour should be added (and thus authorized) to the channel inside Slack first.

• Open private channel in Slack
• Click "info" icon, then click "..." menu item and select "Add apps"

• Find Everhour and click "Add" button

• Go back to Everhour website and refresh channels list
