Reports

Reports are available for admins to analyse the time that staff spends during their shift and the cost of this time, as well as plan their workload and availability. There are 4 reports in total that you can switch between in the upper left-hand corner.

Labor Costs

This report calculates the sum a company owes employees based on their hourly wages. A wage can be entered for every employee on a respective page under Settings. It breaks time down to worked or scheduled hours (you can apply grouping in the upper right-hand corner) and paid time off. 

Scheduled vs. Actual Hours

This reports helps to understand how many hours were over- or underspent by an employee based on their default shift time.

Scheduled vs. Actual Clock-Ins

Here you can see when a user is scheduled to clock in and when he actually pushes the button/adds time manually. Variance shows the difference.

Scheduled vs. Actual Clock-Outs

Here you can see when a user is scheduled to clock out and when he actually pushes the button/adds time manually.  Variance shows the difference.
