Managing your Everhour subscription

How to subscribe

The team owner is the user who can buy a subscription for the Everhour team. Other admins can’t see this page. 
The owner should log in to their account and go to Billing. After that, they should select the plan and the subscription period: paid monthly or yearly. We calculate the price automatically according to the number of your team members.
We have a Free plan for teams with up to 5 users (no integrations available) and a payable Team plan. The minimum we require to buy is 5 users. All invited users who did not finish onboarding are considered as active and we charge for them too. The same applies to pending users who started registration but stopped it on one of the steps. We don’t charge for the deactivated users. 
In a case when you try to buy a subscription after your trial ended, there is an option to change the list of your team. If you buy a solo subscription, you should remove all other members from your team.
Below comes a field with credit card info details. We currently accept any credit or debit card with a MasterCard, Visa, Discover Network, American Express, Diners Club International or JCB logo. We do not accept Paypal, wire transfers or other methods of payment at this moment.
When you hit to complete the purchase, the charge is immediate. When your credit card is expired, canceled, or you simply need to swap it out for a new one, you can update it at any time by clicking Update Payment Method.

How to cancel a subscription

The team owner could cancel the subscription from the Billing page. After you click to unsubscribe, you will see a pop-up window with a survey asking to give a reason. This is mandatory to answer it in order to finish the process of your subscription cancelation.
Email or phone requests to cancel your account will not be deemed cancellation.
After you unsubscribe, your team will lose access to their Everhour account and all data when a paid period ends. We will place a line at the top of your account with the date when your access is going to be locked. You will not able to add new members but could deactivate existing members during this period.

Refund Policy

We do not offer any refunds for partial usage or if you forgot to cancel your subscription in time. However, if you just missed a day or two of your next charge and do not wish to use Everhour any longer, please unsubscribe and contact our support at
